O*NET 28.3 Crosswalks¶
Snapshot: O*NET 28.3 (2024)
The following table lists the nine Bukti capability clusters and their anchor O*NET Content Model element IDs. These are the crosswalk pointers surfaced as onet_refs[] on Bukti capability nodes.

About the O*NET Content Model¶
O*NET (the Occupational Information Network) is maintained by the US Department of Labor and Employment Training Administration. Version 28.3 was released in 2024. The Content Model organizes occupational information into six domains; the elements referenced above are drawn from the Worker Characteristics and Worker Requirements domains, specifically:
- 2.A.* — Basic Skills
- 2.B.* — Cross-Functional Skills
- 2.C.* — Knowledge Areas
- 1.A.* — Abilities
ONET data is released under a CC-BY 4.0 license. Bukti pins to a specific ONET version via a local snapshot; updates to a new major upstream version require an explicit crosswalk review and a Bukti taxonomy minor version bump.
Usage in scoring¶
When a VOI is mapped to a Bukti capability node, the node's cluster field determines which row of the weight table and half-life table applies. The O*NET anchor is also exposed in the API response and in Verifiable Credential seeAlso fields so that external verifiers can resolve Bukti capability claims to their preferred taxonomy.
